Technique: "Tree of Life" - Sailor Earth slams her staff into the ground, shifting the ground and causing tree roots to rise of quickly and wrap around her staff and her arms, pausing for a moment to absorb power from Sailor Earth, then shooting forward towards the enemy, wrapping around them and draining their soul/entity. Once the entity is drained, the roots use the power absorbed from Sailor Earth and purify it to nothingness.

As suggested by her name, Masae is related to Mamoru. Masae was the mother of Usagi's Mamoru Chiba, aka Prince/King Endymion, but was reincarnated identically with no relation. Masae means blessed with elegance.

When Masae ruled as Queen, she was not outgoing. She ruled with a gentle hand, which lead to the uprising of Queen Beryl. Never the most outgoing of the queens of the solar system, she choose to stay on Earth, never visiting other planets. Though curtious to the Moon Queen, she was never much for their lavish lifestyle, which is why the Moon was never her favorite place. She tried , at first, to hold her son back when he began to fall in love with Princess Serenity, but eventually saw that it was real, and backed away.

Masae's power was only called upon as a final resort before Saturn was called upon. Masae's life force is slowly drained with each battle she encounters, using it to purify, it balances the enemy's soul/entity into nothingness. The twisting ribbons on Sailor Earth's fuku are meant to signify the roots of her power, like a tall tree, held steady to the ground.
